Refund policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in perfect condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be returned with the protective hygiene sticker intact. We cannot accept returns on worn, washed or damaged items.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
